Mike Nguyen, P.Eng, M.Eng
Principal Engineer & Advisor
Mike founded HQ System Engineering Services in 1985. With 30+ years of experience, he has worked on thousands of commercial and residential projects. He specializes in commercial projects with a focus on restaurants. He was known as "The Club Guy" because he got the permits for all the big clubs in Toronto.​​

Mike loves watching sports, playing music and hanging out with his grandchildren.

Vincent Nguyen, P.Eng, M.Eng
Project Engineer
Vincent obtained his Engineering degree in 2016 and later finished a Master's Degree in 2018. He has worked in the construction industry since 2012 and specializes in commercial projects.

Vincent plays volleyball, dances salsa and golfs.

Tu Hoang, P.Eng, M.ASc
Project Engineer
Tu obtained his Engineering degree in 1997 and Master's Degree in 2007 in Germany. He is experienced in food processing, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment industries. Tu specializes in commercial projects.

Farah El-Moghrabi, P.Eng
Project Engineer
Farah has been working in the engineering field since 2016. She has 10 years experience in ITS and smart transportation. Farah specializes in residential projects with a focus on multi-family unit housing such as fourplexes.
